Featured Robbery of the Week for January 23, 2017

Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for an aggravated robbery (deadly weapon).

On Friday, December 23, 2016 at 3:24 am, the complainant was working at the Candlewood Suites as a front clerk, located at the 4000 block of West Sam Houston Parkway, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that an unknown black male entered the hotel, at which time she unlocked the door to allow him in. The suspect then followed the complainant to the front lobby and pulled out a knife and demanded the money from the cash register. The suspect then forced the cash drawer open and removed the money from the till. HPD case #1624337-16
 
Suspect descriptions: Suspect: Black male, 25 to 30 years old, 5’08 to 5’09, brown hair, medium complexion, black long sleeve shirt, khaki pants, Texan’s beanie.
