Victim Attacked and Robbed While Saving His Wife

Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for an aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.

On Monday, December 18, 2017 at 1:00 am, the complainant and his wife had just parked their vehicle at the Whataburger, located at 444 West Little York, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that they were approached by two Hispanic males. One of the males placed a knife to the complainant's neck and demanded his wallet and cellphone while holding a handgun in his other hand. The complainant complied with the suspects and gave them his phone and wallet, at which time the suspects told the complainants wife to come with them and attempted to pull her into their vehicle. The complainant then intervened and stopped the suspects and told them that they were not taking his wife. The suspect with the knife then slit the complainants throat and then both suspects kicked and hit the complainant in the face when he fell to the ground. The suspects then got into a newer model four door black car and drove off. HPD case #1583861-17
