Suspect description: 25 to 30 years old,
5’7 to 5’8, 200 to 220 pounds, black hair and dark complexion. The suspect was
selling the phone on an online app called Telegram and had an account name of
RiggzMoney. The suspect also had an account on an online app called Kik with an
account name of Clay Riggz. The photo attached was the suspects profile picture,
which was the same male when they met up in person.On Tuesday, January 5, 2020, an unknown male
entered a convenience store, located at the 11000 block of Westheimer, in
Houston, Texas. The male approached the counter and grabbed a cigarette
lighter. The male then walked around the counter, placed his hands on the 70-year-old
clerk’s chest, and then pushed him back towards the cash registers. As the
clerk fell backwards, the suspect grabbed some cigarettes and then casually

years old, thin build, short hair and wore an orange pullover.On Monday, January 4, 2021 at around
8:30 pm, an unknown male entered a grocery store, located at the 11000 block of
Beechnut, in Houston, Texas. The male walked throughout the store and concealed
items in a bag that he was carrying. The male then walked out of the store
without paying for the items and was approached by an employee. The suspect
then pulled out a knife and told the employee that he would cut him if he tried

Carried a backpack. On Wednesday, January 20, 2020 at 6:55 pm,
an unknown male walked into a restaurant, located at the 9500 block of
Beechnut, in Houston, Texas. The male walked to the counter, pointed a handgun
at the employee and demanded the money from the cash register. Once the suspect
had the money from the register, he fled in an unknown direction. HPD case

Suspect description: White male, 20 to
25 years old, 5’10 to 6’0, 160 to 170 pounds, light complexion, medium complexion,
black clothing and wore a backpack. Used black handgun.On Tuesday, January 5, 2020 at around
10:55 am, the complainant was in her vehicle in a parking lot located at the
6000 block of S. Gessner, in Houston, Texas. A black Jeep utility vehicle with paper
plates pulled up behind the complainant and an unknown male exited the vehicle,
opened the passenger door of the complainant’s vehicle and took her purse from
the passenger seat. The suspect then got into the Jeep and fled the scene. Houston

pounds and wore all black clothing.On Saturday, December 5, 2019 at around 3:40 pm, the complainant pulled into a parking space at a hardware store located at the 14000 block of Northwest Freeway, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that when he exited his vehicle, an unknown male approached him after exiting the rear driver’s side door of a silver four-door Honda Accord while pointing a gun at him and demanded his property. The complainant hesitated, at which time the suspect grabbed his cell phone and then got back into the Honda Accord and fled the scene. Houston PD #1617237-20
The suspect is described as a White or Hispanic male, 130 to145 pounds, 5'5, 25-30 years of age and curly hair. Vehicle: Older model silver Honda Accord with hubcaps on the wheels.On Thursday, January 28, 2021 at 6:30 pm, the complainant agreed to meet with an unknown male in a parking lot at the 9800 block of Long Point, in Houston, Texas after placing an ad on an online selling app for a $2,000 necklace. Upon arrival, the unknown buyer exited his vehicle and walked over to the complainant’s vehicle. When the complainant rolled down his window, the male grabbed the necklace from the complainant, back into his vehicle, and fled the scene. Houston PD #132688-21
Suspect description: Hispanic male, possibly Cuban, approximately 6'7, thin build, wearing a blue hoodie. On Friday, December 4, 2020 at around
5:45 am, the complainant was at his apartment complex, located at the 8000
block of West Tidwell, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that he was
taking his trash out at his apartment complex when he was approached by two males,
who both pointed handguns at him. The complainant stated that the suspects then
forced him to get into his vehicle, as one of the suspects got into the driver’s
seat while the other got into the backseat. The suspects then drove to a bank,
located at the 12000 Northwest Freeway. One of the suspects then exited the
vehicle and withdrew money from the ATM by using the victims pin number.
The suspects then blindfolded the victim, drove him back to his apartment complex, and held him for a few hours, waiting for a bank to open. While the suspects were inside the victim’s apartment, they took some of the complainant’s valuables from within the apartment. Once the bank was open, the suspects then drove the victim back to the bank at the 12000 block of the Northwest Freeway.
The suspects informed the victim to go inside of the bank and to withdraw all of his money from a teller and stated that they would wait inside of his vehicle. As the victim walked into the bank, he saw an officer working an extra job, at which time he told the officer that he had been kidnapped and the suspects were waiting outside. The officer then walked outside, resulting in the suspects to flee the location in the victim’s vehicle. Houston PD 31610960-20
The victim’s vehicle was then located unoccupied by responding officers at the 6500 block of W. 43rd.
As a result of the follow up
investigation by the Houston Police Robbery Division, one suspect has been
charged in the case while the identity of the second suspect remains unknown. A
sketch of the unknown suspect is being released and he is described as black
male, 18 to 19 years old, 5’5 to 5’7, 145 pounds, had some red on his hair, including
beads and hair was braided.
Suspect description: Black male, late
teen’s to early 20’s, 5’8 to 5’9, normal build.On Saturday, December 12, 2020 at around
1:50 pm, two unknown males entered a hardware store, located at the 6800 block
of the West Houston Parkway, in Houston, Texas. The males both grabbed hammer
drills (Rigid $499 and Dewalt $599) and then walked out of the store without attempting
to pay for them. An employee confronted the males outside of the store, at
which time one of the suspects pulled up his shirt, displaying a small silver
handgun, and then continued to walk away. Both suspects then fled in an unknown

pm, the complainant was loading her groceries into her vehicle at a grocery

complainant stated that as she was placing her groceries into her vehicle, an
unknown male approached her from behind. The complainant stated that when she
turned around, the male grabbed her purse and then got into the passenger seat
of a silver four-door sedan and fled the scene. The vehicle then fled out of

the complainants, an elderly couple, had just parked their vehicle at their

The complainants stated that as they exited their vehicle, an unknown male
approached them. The male pointed a handgun at them and demanded their money. The
suspect was eventually able to get the female complainants purse and then fled

the complainant was sitting in her vehicle at an apartment complex parking lot
located at the 6000 block of Ranchester, in Houston, Texas. The complainant
stated that an unknown male parked his white Hyundai four-door sedan behind her
vehicle and approached her vehicle on the driver’s side. The male reached into
her open window and grabbed the necklace that she was wearing. The complainant
tried to stop the suspect, at which time he punched her in the face numerous
times. Once the suspect had control of the complainant’s necklace, he got back

two unknown males entered a convenience store, located at the 1800 block of
Barker Cypress, in Houston, Texas. One of the males first acted like a
customer, asking for cigarettes. The male then pulled out a handgun and
demanded the money from the cash register. The second suspect then walked
around the counter while forcing the clerk to open the cash drawers. The
suspect removed the money from the register and cigarettes from the display
case while striking the clerk several times with a closed fist. Both suspects

pm, the complainant, a pizza delivery driver, delivered a pizza to an apartment
complex located at the 1300 block of Witte, in Houston, Texas. Upon arrival,
the complainant delivered the pizza to the apartment and as he was walking back
to his vehicle, two unknown males approached him. The complainant stated that
the two males began to attack him by punching him with a closed fist. The males
then took his wallet and money and then fled the scene. One of the suspects was

wearing blue jeans, a green t-shirt, white shoes and a scruffy beard. Suspect #2: Hispanic maleOn Sunday, December 20, 2020 at around
12:25 pm, an unknown male entered a camera store, located at the 5900 block of
Richmond Avenue, in Houston, Texas. The male picked out $5,000 worth of
merchandise and as the employee was about to finalize the sale, the male picked
up the items and ran out of the door with the unpaid merchandise. The suspect
then attempted to get into a single cab Ram 1500 pickup as three employees tried
to stop him, including an 68 year old employee. The suspect was eventually able
to break free from the employees and sped out of the parking lot. All of the
employees suffered minor cuts and scrapes from the incident. Houston PD #

The victims were able to get the temporary license plate number from the vehicle, but after further investigation, it was discovered that the plate is fictitious.

35 years old, 6’1, 275 pounds, bald, blue pullover, blue pants and brown shoes. On Sunday, December 13, 2020 at 8:51 pm,
two unknown males entered the sandwich shop, located at the 2000 block of
Gessner, in Houston, Texas. One of the males jumped over the front counter
while the other male pointed a handgun at the employees. The suspect that
jumped the counter then grabbed an employee and forced him to the cash register
while demanding the money. The suspect removed the money from the cash drawer
and then fled the location in a black four-door sedan. Houston PD #1658973-20

old, brown jacket, blue jeans and white shoes. On Saturday, December 12, 2020 at around
7:00 pm, an unknown female entered a department store, located at the 10900
block of Westheimer, in Houston, Texas. The female filled a shopping cart up
with several items, walked to an aisle, and began to remove the security tags. The
suspect then placed the items into a large bag. While this was happening, loss
prevention personnel witnessed what was happening and questioned the female
about her actions (out of sight from camera). The suspect then pulled out
pepper spray and threatened the employee’s with it. The suspect then put the
pepper spray up, grabbed a knife, and held it as she walked out of the store
with the stolen merchandise. The suspect then fled in an unknown direction.

two unknown males entered a cell phone store, located at the 6000 block of
South Gessner, in Houston, Texas. One of the males walked up to the employee,
pulled out a handgun and demanded the money from the cash registers. The
suspects removed the money from the registers and then went to the back office
and removed phones from the safe. The suspects then fled the scene in a tan or

pounds, red shirt and black pants. Suspect #2: Black male, 5’4, 150 to 170
pounds, black hair, gray shirt and blue jeans. Suspect vehicle: Newer model tan or
brown Ford F-150 four-door truck.On Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at
around 5:30 pm, the complainant, a pizza delivery driver, was delivering a
pizza at a business located at the 10000 block of Forum Park, in Houston,
Texas. The complainant stated that she was unable to locate the person who
placed the order and was in the process of leaving when three unknown males
flagged her down. One of the males, later identified as Tra’vris Williams,
pulled out a handgun and placed it against her while demanding her property.
The other two suspects reached into the vehicle and removed the complainant’s
purse and cell phone. The complainant was eventually able to drive off as the

As a result of a follow up investigation by Robbery Detectives, the identity of one of the suspects was established as Tra’vris Williams (18 years old). Williams has been charged with Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon. The identity of the other two males is still unknown.

10:30 pm, the complainant was standing outside of her vehicle at her apartment
complex located at the 6000 block of Ranchester, in Houston, Texas. The complainant
stated that an unknown male suddenly ran up behind her and forcibly grabbed her
purse. The complainant was able to maintain control of her purse and then threw
it into her vehicle, at which time the suspect reached into her car and took
her purse. The suspect then ran back the passenger seat of a black pickup and

male, 19 to 20 years old, 6’0 to 6’2, 150 to 160 pounds, dark complexion, black
shirt and black pants. Suspect #2: Unknown driver. On Monday, November 9, 2020 at around
3:30 pm, an unknown male entered a convenience store located at the 6000 block
of Westheimer, in Houston, Texas. The male used a robbery victim’s stolen
credit card to purchase items within the store. The male then exited the store
and left the location in a blue four-door sedan with missing front hubcaps.
In the robbery case, the victim met a female on a dating app and agreed to pick her up at an apartment complex located at the 9800 block of Meadowglen, in Houston, Texas. range) and attempted to record him with his cell phone. The suspect then
slapped the complainants hand and then picked up three cases of beer. The
suspect walked out of the store without attempting to pay for the items. The suspect

50 years old, 6’2, wore dark clothing and Rockets cap.On Friday, November 27, 2020 at 3:17 pm,
an unknown male walked into a store, located at the 10800 block of Beechnut, in
Houston, Texas. An employee recognized the male as a previous shoplifter. The
employee stated that while she kept an eye on the male, she watched him as he
picked up four boxes of diapers, valued at a $100. The male then walked out of
the store without attempting to pay for the items. The employee tried to stop
the male and was pushed away as he walked through the doors. The suspect then

lot located at 4000 block of Synott. The male asked the complainant for a
cigarette and when the complainant took too long to respond, the male then
began to assault the complainant by punching and kicking him numerous times.
The suspect then grabbed the victim’s wallet, walked into the store, and then

Suspect description: Black male, 25 to
35 years old, 6’0 to 6’2, 170 to 180 pounds, black hair and thin build. On Saturday, November 28, 2020 at 7:50
pm, an unknown male walked up to the drive-thru window at a fast food restaurant
located at the 10000 block of Hammerly, in Houston, Texas. The male pointed a
shotgun at the employees inside the business, at which time the employee’s ran
out of site from the suspect. The suspect then set his shotgun down, reached
into the window, and attempted to pull the money tray out. As the suspect was
in the process of pulling the money tray out of the window, an employee was
taking the trash out and saw the suspect. The employee then ran towards the
suspect and grabbed him and a brief struggle ensued, not realizing that he had
a shotgun. The suspect lost one of his shoes during the brief struggle with the
complainant. The complainant was able to punch the suspect several times with a
closed fist, resulting in the suspect to run off, leaving his shoe and shotgun

with white socks and wore gloves.On Sunday, October 25, 2020 at around
1:58 pm, an unknown male entered a sporting goods store at the 1000 block of
West Oaks Mall, in Houston, Texas. The male purchased several pairs of shoes
using four credit cards that were taken in a robbery by force (purse snatching)
at the 8400 block of Westheimer at 1:15 pm the same day.
In the robbery (purse snatching) case, an unknown male approached a female complainant as she was placing items into her vehicle. The male (wearing dark clothing and white shoes) forcibly grabbed the complainant’s purse causing her to fall onto the ground, which resulted in the complainant dislocating her right shoulder and left knee. Once the suspect had the victim’s purse, he got into a gray or silver Kia Soul and fled the scene. Houston PD #1417952-20

old, around 6'2, and 240 pounds, he had full sleeve tattoos on both arms and a
teardrop tattoo under his eye, no facial hair.On Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at around
5:25apm, the complainant was walking from her apartment at the 10000 block of
Westpark, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that an unknown male
suddenly ran up behind her and forcibly grabbed her backpack. The suspect then

Suspect description: Black male, 45 to
55 years old, wore a cap, plaid shirt and had a chain around his neck. On Saturday, November 8, 2020, at approximately 10:15 am, four unknown male suspects entered a pawnshop, located in the 9300 block of Richmond Avenue, in Houston, Texas. The four males pulled into a parking space in front of the business while the driver remained in the vehicle. Three suspects exited a white four-door sedan (possibly a Nissan Versa), two of the suspects entered the business while the third suspect remained at the door. One suspect used a sledgehammer to smash the display case and take the items from inside the case while the other filled a sack with items from the case. The suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction of travel.
The suspects are believed the same suspects involved in over 20 similar cases within the area. Houston PD #1581856-20

Suspect #2: Black male, 5’8 to 5’10, 150 to 165 pounds, black or dark blue hoodie, green bandana, black track pants with a white stripe down on legs, gloves and white tennis shoes. Suspect #3: Black male, 5’10 to 6’0, 175 to 190 pounds, wore a gray hoodie, camouflage pants, black shoes, gloves and green bandana over face. 1:10 pm, four unknown males entered a pawnshop, located in the 10800 block of
S. Post Oak in Houston, Texas. Three suspects exited a white four-door sedan, possibly
a Nissan Versa, two entered the business, and one remained at the entrance
holding the doors open, while the driver remained in the vehicle. One suspect
had a hammer and immediately started to smash a display case while the second
male waited. Once the glass was broken, the second suspect removed mostly
jewelry and placed them in a sack he carried with him. The suspects fled the
scene in an unknown direction of travel.

5:40 am, an unknown male walked into a convenience store located at the 4000
block of Gessner, in Houston, Texas. The suspect walked around the counter,
pointed a handgun at the clerk and demanded the money from the cash register.
The suspect then took the money from the cash drawer and then fled the scene in

The suspect was described as a black
male wearing all black clothing and most of face was concealed.On Saturday, November 7, 2020 at 6:55
am, an unknown male walked into a drugstore, located at the 11000 block of
Westheimer, in Houston, Texas. The male walked up to the employee, who was
standing behind the counter, and told her that he would not harm her if she
didn’t call the police. The male then reached into his waste and pulled out a
trash bag. The suspect then placed several carts of Newport cigarettes into the
bag and then fled the location in an unknown direction. Houston PD #1481618-20
The same male is believed to be the suspect responsible for three additional robberies at convenience stores that have occurred between the 9600 block to the 11000 block of Westheimer between November 2 to the 13th. pm, an unknown male entered a fast food restaurant, located at the 10000 block
of West Bellfort, in Houston, Texas. The male opened the door leading to the
back counter while pointing a handgun at the employees and demanded the money
from the cash registers. One of the employees then opened the cash registers,
placed the money in a bag, and then handed it to the suspect. Once the suspect
had the money, he then fled the scene in an unknown direction. Houston PD

35 years old, 6’0 to 6’2, 180 to 200 pounds, dark complexion, and wore all dark

the complainant was walking on the sidewalk at the 6300 block of Ranchester, in
Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that two unknown males approached him,
at which time one of the males pointed a handgun at him and demanded his
property. The suspects then took the complainants personal property, got back

two unknown males broke a locked glass door at the Kolache Factory, located at 2715
Chimney Rock, in Houston, Texas. The suspects immediately started to look for
the employees, located one, and demanded the money from the safe. The suspects
then noticed another employee, became spooked, and then ran out of the store.

wore a mask.On Friday, October 16, 2020 at 12:10 pm,
two unknown males and an unknown female walked into the 99 Cent store, located
at 5800 Bellaire, in Houston, Texas. The female approached the cashier and
placed several items on the counter. As the cashier was scanning the items, the
female decided that she wanted two of the items cancelled, but was holding them
in her hand. The cashier then asked for the items, at which time the female
refused to hand them to her. The male that was with the female then picked up a
bottle of hand sanitizer and threw it was the cashiers face. The manager then
attempted to intervene and was assaulted by both of the male suspects. The
female suspect then pulled out pepper spray and sprayed the employees with it.
All three suspects then fled the store and got into a gray Toyota Corolla.

by an unknown male, who came up behind him, put a knife into his right side,
and told him to give him his wallet and phone or he would kill him. The
complainant complied with the suspect and gave him his property, at which time

pm, an unknown male entered the Boost Mobile, located at 5355 West Bellfort, in
Houston, Texas. The male first acted like a customer and asked questions about
certain cell phones. The employee then walked to the back office to get a
phone, at which time the suspect pulled out a handgun and followed the employee.
The suspect pointed his weapon at the employee and demanded phones from the
safe and money from the cash registers. During the robbery, the suspect
demanded the employee’s keys to her vehicle prior to leaving. The suspect then
fled the location in the employee’s vehicle, which was found a short time later

black and brown semi-automatic weapon.On Friday, October 9, 2020 at around
6:50 pm, the complainant was at an entrance gate at an apartment complex,
located at 9303 Town Park Drive, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that
he was approached from behind by two unknown males. One of the males then hit
the complainant in the face, at which time the second suspect placed him in a
chokehold. The suspect that hit the complainant then went through his pockets
and removed his wallet and cell phone. Both suspects then fled the scene in a

the complainants were depositing money at an ATM while in their vehicle at the
Bank of America, located at 8108 Westheimer, in Houston, Texas. The complainants
stated that two unknown males suddenly approached the driver and passenger side
windows while demanding their property. The suspect at the driver’s side window
pointed a large kitchen knife at the complainant sitting in the driver’s seat
and threated to harm them if they did not comply with their demands. Both
suspects then took the complainants property and fled the location on foot.

clothing.On Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 10:15 am, a UPS employee was delivering packages of prescription medicine at the Bizmart Pharmacy, located at 9504 Long Point, in Houston, Texas. As the delivery driver was dropping off two packages, he noticed an unknown male approaching his open truck. The complainant stated that something didn’t feel right about the male walking towards him, so he set the packages down at the front door of the pharmacy and began walking back towards his truck, at which time two additional males appeared and pinned him against his truck and held him there while the other suspect grabbed the packages at the door. During the robbery, one of the suspect stated that they had a gun and threatened the complainant if he resisted. In that robbery, a FedEx employee was delivering a package to the pharmacy when two unknown males ran up to him and forcibly grabbed the package that he was delivering. 7:30 pm, an unknown male entered the Fish Skillet Seafood restaurant, located
at 12289 West Houston Center Boulevard, in Houston, Texas. The male approached
an employee while pointing a handgun at him and told him to get on his knees.
The suspect then forced the employees to crawl on the ground while forcing them
to the back office. The suspect rummaged through the office and then fled the
location in the victim’s vehicle, which was located in a nearby parking lot. Houston

7:30 pm, the complainants were arriving at their apartment, located at 1715 Enclave
Parkway, in Houston, Texas. As one of the complainants was closing the door,
two unknown males forced their way into the apartment while armed with
handguns. The suspects forced the complainants to go into the bathroom and then
demanded to know where the money was. During the robbery, one of the suspects briefly
left the apartment and then re-entered.The suspects ransacked the apartment for

Houston, Texas. The male walked to the men’s section and picked out $1221 worth
of clothing. The male then walked to the cash registers and placed the items on
the counter. Once the employee was finished ringing up the items, the male
picked up all of the clothing and ran out of the store without paying for them.
The suspect ran to the parking lot and got into the passenger seat of a dark

to place an order, but then told the employee that everything was going to be okay,
which confused her. The male then displayed a handgun and demanded the money
from the cash register. The employee complied with the suspect and unlocked the
cash drawer, at which time the suspect reached over the counter and removed the

5:20 pm, the complainant had listed his laptop for sale on an online selling
app and agreed to meet with an unknown male at the McDonald’s, located at 10777
Beechnut, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that upon his arrival, he
met with the male inside the McDonald’s and showed him that the laptop was
unlocked and functional. The complainant stated that after logging into the
computer, the suspect grabbed the laptop and ran out of the restaurant. The
complainant ran after the suspect, but stopped when the suspect threatened him,
and then got into white Land Rover Discovery with a temporary license plate.
A follow up investigation of the temporary license plate revealed that the plates were fake. The account associated with the suspects profile also revealed to be fake. Houston PD #1225388-20

pm, the complainant was at an auto repair shop, located at 14610 Richmond
Avenue, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that while she was sitting in
the lobby, an unknown male walked in and sat near her. The male then said something
to the complainant, forcibly grabbed her purse, and then ran outside to a
maroon/red Dodge Charger. The suspect got into the passenger seat and the
vehicle sped off.
The complainant stated that she had just come from the Bank of America located at 2344 South SH 6 and believes that the suspects may have followed. Houston PD #1320652-20

male remained at the counter while displaying a handgun. The suspect that
walked around the counter forced the clerk to open the register and remove the
money from the cash drawer. The suspects then fled in an unknown direction.

register, removed the cash drawer and then fled in an unknown direction.

On Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 3:09 pm, the same suspect walked back into the same Shipley’s Donuts while wearing the same clothing. The suspect told the employee in Spanish “You know,” jumped on the counter and grabbed the cash drawer from the register. The suspect fled the location with the cash drawer, got into the passenger seat of a 2010-2012 black Volkswagen Jetta with a sunroof, which sped off at a high rate of speed North on South SH 6 towards I10. Gessner, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that an unknown male approached him and unapprovingly started to attack him by striking him with a heavy backpack. The complainant stated that the suspect demanded his wallet as he attempted to get away from him. The complainant then lost his balance and fell to the ground, at which time the suspect started to kick him numerous time. the cashier opened the cash register, one of the males grabbed the employee
from behind and pulled her away from the open cash register. The second male
then reached into the cash drawer and removed the money from the cash register.

am, an unknown male walked into the Target, located at 10801 Westheimer, in
Houston, Texas. The male walked to the electronic section, placed his backpack
on the floor and then walked to the radios, took one of the boxes, and then
walked back to his backpack. The suspect then placed the merchandise into his
backpack and walked towards the front doors of the store. A store employee
witnessed the incident and tried to stop the suspect, at which time the suspect
threatened him and then pushed him as he walked through the doors. The suspect

45 years old, 180 to 200 pounds, bright orange cap, and red long sleeve flannel
collared shirt, blue jeans, and dark shoes.
Suspect description: Black male, slim build, short, no facial hair, possibly in his early twenties, flat top on top his head and short on the sides haircut, wearing a gray top and gray shorts. Vehicle: Red or Maroon hatchback, possibly a 2009-2017 Ford Fiesta On Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at around
noon, the complainant was getting his car washed at the 5700 block of
Westheimer, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that he was approached by
an unknown male in the car wash waiting area, who pointed a gun at him and
demanded his money. The complainant explained to the suspect that his money was
in his Rolls Royce, at which time the suspect grabbed the complainant by the
shirt and escorted him to his vehicle. The suspect then reached into the complainants
Rolls Royce, grabbed a moneybag, and then ran to his vehicle (white Ford
Explorer) and sped out of the parking lot. The complainant got into his vehicle
(Rolls Royce) and followed the Ford Explorer. The suspect then crashed his
vehicle into a light pole at the 5700 block of San Felipe.
The suspect exited his (wrecked) white Ford Explorer while holding his gun in his hand and accidently shot himself in the arm. The suspect then ran through a parking lot (captured on camera) to a loading dock, where a second complainant was sitting in his black Ford F-350. The suspect walked up to the complainant (captured on camera), pointed his gun at him, and forced him to get out of his truck. The suspect got into the complainants truck and quickly sped out of the parking lot.
As the suspect was fleeing in the complainants black Ford F-350 truck, he drove over some concrete barriers at 5599 San Felipe and then struck a white Lexus sedan as it was exiting the parking lot. The suspect then exited the damaged black Ford F-350 and ran to a third complainant, who was sitting in a parking lot in her white Ford F-150 while waiting for a friend. The suspect pointed his handgun at the third complainant, forced her out of her truck, and then fled the scene. The white Ford F-150 was located a short while later at an apartment complex at the 6400 block of Westheimer.
According to a witness at the apartment complex, the suspect ran up to her asking for help. The suspect was bleeding from the mouth and from his left arm, which appeared to have been shot because it was "just dangling.” The suspect then ran off into an unknown direction.
As of September 17, the suspect had not checked into any local hospitals, but was injured in the incident when he shot himself in the arm. Houston PD #1224000-20

5:00 am, an unknown male entered the parking lot at the Palace Inn located at
9317 West Sam Houston Parkway, in Houston, Texas. The male walked into the laundry
room of the hotel and approached the complainant, who works in housekeeping. The complainant told the unknown male that he
could not be smoking in there and he had to leave the room, at which time he
became irate and demanded her car keys. The complainant said the male asked her
if she is scared and then saw her car keys lying on the table, grabbed them,
and told her that he would kill her if she got in his way. The complainant said
the male took her keys, located her vehicle with the remote and got into the
truck. The suspect then backed up; hit another vehicle parked in the parking

The complainant’s vehicle was recovered unoccupied by patrol officers at 1700 Clay Street on September 13.

6’1, with long dreads, and he was wearing a red shirt and black shorts.On Thursday, July 16, 2020 at 9:21 pm,
the complainant was working in his yard and had his garage door open at the
2000 block of Peppermill Road, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that
he walked into his garage and noticed an unknown male standing inside going
through his stuff. The complainant stated that he attempted to place the male
in a headlock and was shocked with a device, possibly a taser. The suspect then
pulled a knife out of his pocket and attempted to stab the complainant with it.
The complainant then let go of the suspect, at which time he ran out of the

then walked out of the store without attempting to pay for them. A store
employee tried to stop the suspect, at which time he threatened to harm her if

give him the money in Spanish. The employee hesitated, at which time the
suspect pulled out a handgun from his waistband and demanded the money from the
cash drawer. The employee then complied with the suspect and opened the drawer,
allowing the suspect to remove the money. The suspect then escorted the
employee to the front of the store and then fled the location in an unknown

was approached by an unknown male, who began to make small talk with him. The
complainant stated that that the male then grabbed his cell phone from his
hands, at which time they began to fight as he tried to get his cell phone
back. The suspect then pulled out a screwdriver and stabbed him several times
with it. The suspect then got on the complainants bike and fled the scene.

Houston, Texas. The male asked an employee about refrigerators and then pulled
out a handgun and demanded cash along with his personal belongings. The suspect
then pointed his handgun at another employee and demanded her property and car
keys. The suspect fled the location in the employee’s vehicles, which was recovered

Houston, Texas. The male approached the counter with a six-pack of beer and
then inquired about another type of beer, at which time one of the employees opened
a door that accesses the rear counter in order to assist the male. The suspect
then pulled out a handgun and walked around the counter while demanding the
money from the cash registers. The suspect was able to get some cash as well as
the male clerk’s necklace. The suspect then fled the location in an unknown

black four-door sedan pulled up behind her and an unknown male exited the passenger
seat and walked up behind her. The complainant stated that the male tried to
make small talk with her and as she turned around, he grabbed her purse, ran
back to the passenger seat of the vehicle, and fled the scene with an unknown

Point, in Houston, Texas. The male walked into the store to the coolers and
grabbed a beer. The store clerk then informed the male that he could not buy
beer until 7 am, at which time the male became upset and began walking towards
the front doors. As they reached the door, the male then attacked the employee,
nearly knocking him unconscious as he continued to punch and kick him. The
suspect then walked around the counter and took several cartons of cigarettes,
cash and lottery tickets. As the suspect was walking out, he then kicked the
employee in the face and then fled in an unknown direction. Houston PD

suspect closed the distance between them and with both of his hands, groped her
buttocks. The complainant immediately turned around to confront the suspect, at

withdrawn money from the bank and was standing outside when an unknown male

6:10 am, the complainant left the Quick Stop at 9645 Homestead and drove to his

complainant stated that he was delivering a package to his elderly parents and
as he approached the front door, he was approached by a known customer (at the
store that he works at). The complainant stated that the male pointing
a handgun at him, forced him to lay down, and then grabbed the package. The

unknown male walked into the Senor 1% Check Cashing, located at 12903
Westheimer, in Houston, Texas. The male approached the counter and handed the
clerk a social security card and a note that stated, “I HAVE A GUN DONT MAKE
ANY SUDDEN MOVES GIVE ME $2000 AND NO ONE GETS HURT.” The clerk then gave the note
to a co-worker while backing away from the counter. The suspect then turned

pm, the complainant was inside of a restaurant, located at the 3100 block of
Richmond Avenue, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that he had recently
purchased a camera and was taking pictures inside restaurant when three unknown
males became upset because they did not want their pictures taken. The males
then approached the complainant, began to punch him in the face and then took
his camera. The suspects then fled the restaurant in a gray Toyota Sienna minivan.

The male walked around the store while placing items in a yellow bag. An
employee witnessed the incident and attempted to stop the suspect at the door. The
suspect then assaulted the employee and fled the scene in an unknown direction.

pm, the complainant pulled into a driveway at a residence at the 6000 block of
Rowan Lane, in Houston, Texas. The complainant exited his vehicle while holding
an envelope containing cash. As the complainant was opening a gate leading into
the residence, an unknown male exited a black Infinity QX80 and quickly
approached him. The male attempted to take the envelope that the complainant
was carrying, at which time the complainant began to punch the suspect. A
second suspect then approached the complainant while making a motion causing him
to believe that he had a handgun. The complainant then backed off as the
suspect grabbed the envelope and both suspects ran back to the black Infinity

was leaving a Karaoke bar at 10001 Long Point, in Houston, Texas. The
complainant stated that a black vehicle occupied by three males pulled up next
to his vehicle. One of the males then got out of the vehicle, approached the
complainant while pointing a handgun at him and demanded his belongings. The
complainant complied with the suspect and placed his wallet and car keys on the
ground. The suspect then told the complainant to run away and then got into his

unknown male entered the PLS Check Cashing, located at 8900 Westheimer, in
Houston, Texas. The male immediately told the employee to give him all the
money while holding a hammer and possibly a handgun in the other hand. The
employee then ran to a back room and hid. The suspects then broke a window near
the ATM and attempted to tie a heavy-duty hose around the machine in an attempt
to pull it out with a stolen white truck. The suspects were unable to pull the
ATM machine out of the store, at which time they fled the scene. Houston PD

On Sunday, June 28, 2020 at around 4 pm,
an 83-year-old complainant was at the Valero, located at 12298 Beechnut, in
Houston, Texas. The complainant walked out of the store after making a purchase
and then started his vehicle. The complainant then exited his vehicle and stood
outside of it while smoking a cigarette. The complainant stated that an unknown
male approached him and unprovokingly punched him in the face (out of camera
view), causing him to fall to the ground. The suspect then got into the victims
vehicle, at which time the victim stood in front of his Toyota Camry in an
attempt to not allow the suspect to drive away. The suspect then drove forward,
running over the victim, and then reversed the vehicle to where he was able to

red bandana over his head. Additionally; the victim’s vehicle was found

truck, pointed a handgun at him, and demanded his wallet. The complainant then
told the suspect that he did not have his wallet, at which time the suspect
took the victims keys to the box truck, then got into the passenger seat of a

unknown male entered a hardware store, located at 2828 South SH 6, in Houston,
Texas. The male placed a hammer drill into his backpack and walked out of the
store without attempting to pay for the item. A loss prevention officer
witnessed the incident and stopped the suspect just outside the door. He then
asked the suspect to walk back into the store, at which time the suspect pulled
out a knife and threatened the loss prevention officer. The suspect then got
into a red Dodge Neon and fled the scene. Houston PD #698757-20
Suspect description: Hispanic male, 5’8
to 5’9, 170 to 180 pounds, gray hair, fair complexion, purple shirt purple cap
and blue jeans. On Saturday, June 20, 2020 at
approximately 3:11 pm, the complainant had arranged to meet with a male named
“Brian Smith” after posting a used 2013 Ford F-150 for sale on the LetGo app.
The male agreed to meet with the complainant at his car dealership located at
5300 Rampart Street, in Houston, Texas. The complainant noticed that the male was
under 21 years of age, so he did not allow him to drive the vehicle. The male
then asked to be the passenger as the complainant drove the vehicle. A second unknown
male followed them during the test drive in a white four-door Infinity. As they
were test-driving the truck, the male pulled out a handgun and forced the
complainant out of the vehicle. Both vehicles then fled the scene following

male, 18 to 20 years old, 5’4, and 130 pounds, dreadlocks below his ears, white
shirt and purple pants. Used a handgun. Suspect #2: Black male.On Friday, June 19, 2020 at 5:50 pm,
three unknown males entered Falcon Electronics, located at 7798 Harwin, in
Houston, Texas. Once inside the store, all of the males pulled out handguns and
forced the employees and customers to the ground and then zip tied their hands
together. One of the suspects then pointed his gun at an employee’s head while
demanding that he open the safe. During the robbery, another suspect yelled
that they needed to run, at which time all of the suspects ran out of the store
and fled the scene in a 2016-2017 gray or taupe Toyota Camry with damage to the
rear bumper. One of the victims stated that he believed that the suspects were

unknown male walked into the Senor 1% Check Cashing, located at 12903
Westheimer, in Houston, Texas. The male approached the counter and handed the
clerk a note that stated, “Give me $20,000 or I will take hostages.” The clerk
then gave the suspect the note back and said that she would not do that. The frustrated
suspect then turned around and left the store in a white four-door sedan.

25 years old, 5’4 to 5’6, small build, brown eyes, dark complexion, white ‘Guess’
shirt and shorts. On Friday, May 22, 2020 at around
midnight, a male and female complainant were at their apartment, located at
7171 Buffalo Speedway, in Houston, Texas. The complainants stated that someone
began to knock heavily of the back patio door and at the same time, a different
male entered the apartment through an unlocked bedroom window. The male that
entered the apartment through the window struck the male complainant in the
head, causing him to fall to the ground. The suspect then opened the back patio
door allowing the second suspect into the apartment. Both suspects then beat
the male complainant and then ransacked the apartment, taking several items and
money before fleeing the scene in an unknown direction. Houston PD #677079-20

complainant was at a bank located at the 2300 block of Wirt, in Houston, Texas.
The complainant stated that he was approached by an unknown female, who pointed
a gun at him and forced him to his vehicle. The suspect forced the victim to
drive to the Ravenwood apartment complex, located at 8020 Ravenwood Circle.
Once at the apartment complex parking lot, the suspect had the victim stop next
to a silver Kia Forte. Two unknown males exited the vehicle and approached the
victim along with the female suspect. One of the males pointed a handgun at the
victim, demanded his money and cell phone, and then struck the victim in the
head with the gun. All three of the suspects then got into the Kia Forte and
fled the scene. The victim followed the suspects a short distance until the
suspects began to shoot as the victim, at which time he backed off. A short time
later, the suspects wrecked their vehicle and were captured on home
surveillance video as they entered a side gate and fled through several yards,
