Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police
Department’s Robbery Division need the public's assistance identifying the
suspect responsible for an aggravated robbery (disabled person).
On Monday, July 3, 2017 at around 9:30
AM, the complainant (who is mostly blind) was walking in a parking lot at the 10100
block of Beechnut, in Houston, Texas. The complainant had just
withdrawn money from a Chase bank and was approached from behind and attacked
by an unknown black male; who reached into her pocket and took an envelope
containing cash. According to a witness, the suspect got into a cream colored
Lincoln Continental. It is believed that the suspect might have been following
the complainant.
