Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police
Department’s Robbery Division need the public's assistance identifying the
suspects responsible for a series of robberies.
On Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at 1:30 PM,
the complainant parked her vehicle in a parking lot at 7001 Long, in Houston,
Texas. The complainant exited the driver’s side door and was assisting her
child with the seat belt when a black Honda Accord pulled up behind her and a
male exited the rear passenger door. The male then opened the driver’s side
door of the victim’s vehicle and removed her purse. The suspect then got back
into the Accord and fled the scene. HPD case #875527-17
On Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at 2:07 PM,
the complainant had parked her vehicle at 10632 Kingspoint, in Houston, Texas
after getting a money order from a PLS cash checking business off of Monroe and
I45. The complainant ran into a nail salon for a few minutes and then returned
to her vehicle. As the complainant was getting into her vehicle, a black Honda
Accord pulled up behind her and a male exited the rear passenger door, approached
her vehicle, broke the window and forcibly took her purse from her. The
complainant tried to gain control of her purse and suffered minor injuries
after the suspect was able to overpower her and regain control. The suspect
then got back into the black Honda Accord with the complainants purse and fled

Suspect description:
Suspect #1: Black male, 20 to 25 years
old, 5’05 to 5’06, 130 to 150 pounds, small build, green hoodie.
Note: This incident demonstrates how
jugging suspects work together. Take note of the white SUV and black Honda
Accord and they come into the parking lot at the same time and then wait and
watch the victim as she returns back to her vehicle.
The suspects are also believed to be
