Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police
Department’s Robbery Division need the public's assistance identifying the
suspects responsible for an aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.
On Thursday, April 19, 2018 at around 11:38
pm, the victim, who owns a cab company, received a call for a cab ride at the
6400 block to Heffernan, in Houston, Harris County, Texas. An unknown white
male and black female then entered the cab. Shortly after being picked up, the
male sitting in the backseat began to strike the complainant in the head with a
rubber mallet and then held the complainant by his hair while the female
suspect jumped on the complainants lap and drove the vehicle to the Exclusive
Palace Hall, located at 6811 Bellfort. The suspects parked behind the location
and forced the complainant out of his cab.
The suspects both had guns and tried to force the complainant into the
truck of his cab, but he was able to escape by running before the suspects
forced him in the trunk. The suspects then
got into the cab and drove away. HPD case #493427-18
Suspect descriptions: Suspect #1:
White male, around 220 pounds, mid 30’s, 5’6 to 5’7, black hair, short hair
parted to the right, black clothing.
Suspect #2: Black male, around 110
pounds, mid 30’s, 5’6 to 5’7, dark complexion, black hair with pony tail, pink/red
shirt, black capris and distinctive cheek bones.
