Knife Wielding Suspect Responsible for Three Robberies

Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspects responsible for several aggravated robberies with a deadly weapon.

On Sunday, April 29, 2018 at 6:10 am, the complainant was pulling into the front gate of her apartment complex at 480 West Parker, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that as she opened her driver’s side door in order to enter the gate code, she was quickly approached from behind by an unknown Hispanic male with a knife. The male stabbed her in the face with the knife and then reached into her vehicle and forcibly took her purse from her. While this was happening, the suspect was accompanied by a Hispanic female, who was standing on the passenger side of the vehicle. After this robbery, another complainant was outside of his apartment (same apartment complex) drinking a beer and was approached by the same male suspect with a knife, who demanded the complainants money. When the complainant informed the suspect that he did not have any money, the suspect stabbed the complainant in the neck area and then fled.

Prior to these two robberies, the same suspects attempted another robbery at the entrance/exit gate, but were unsuccessful when the driver quickly drove off, briefly dragging the suspect.

The suspects are believed to be driving a gold colored Chevrolet Cavalier. HPD case #536778-18 and HPD case #536810-18

Suspect description:Suspect #1: Hispanic male, 25 to 30 years old, 5’6 to 5’9, 150 to 170 pounds, black pants and black shirt.
