Suspect with Screwdriver Robs Valero Convenience Store

Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.

On Sunday, May 13, 2018 at 5:30 am, an unknown black male entered the Valero, located at 1816 Shepherd, in Houston, Texas. The suspect approached the clerk at the counter, pulled out a screwdriver and demanded the money from the cash register. The employee complied with the suspect, fearing of getting stabbed, and allowed the suspect to take the money from the cash drawer. The suspect then fled in a red Ram pickup. HPD case #603704-18.

Suspect description: Black male, 6’00, white baseball cap, blue jeans and blue shirt. Drove away in a red Ram pickup.
