Suspect Attempts to Rob Store with Note, Leaves With Nothing


Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a robbery by threat.

On Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at 9:43 am, an unknown white male walked into the Fiesta, located at 4200 San Jacinto, in Houston, Texas. The male walked up to an employee working behind the courtesy booth and handed her a note. The employee hesitated in reading note, at which time the suspect said “read the damn paper!” The employee read the note and realized that the suspect was attempting to rob the store. The employee immediately hit the panic button and walked away from the counter. The suspect became frustrated and stated that he had a weapon under shirt, but then quickly walked out of the store. Suspect description:
Suspect #1: White male, 25 to 30 years old, 5’2 to 5’5, 140 to 150 pounds, blondish hair, medium build, black shirt and black pants.
