Violent Suspect Wanted in Several Store Robberies

Crime Stoppers and the ATF Crime Gun Strike Force need the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.

** Newly released video on 5/29/2019 ** On Saturday, May 18, 2019, , an unknown male entered the corner food mart at 3502 Mangum, pointed a pistol at the complainant and demanded money.  The suspect then fired one round towards the complainant but it shot the counter instead.  The suspect left in a Gold Hyundai Sonata with paper plates with cash from the business.  The complainant was not injured. On Wednesday, May 22, 2019, the suspect along with a female entered the Exxon located at 1302 North Loop, in Houston, Texas. The suspect requested a plastic bag from the clerk and then displayed a handgun while demanding the money from the cash register. The suspect then threatened to shoot the clerk if he did not comply with his demands. The male and female left the location in a Gold Hyundai Sonata early 2000’s model.  The complainant was not injured during this incident. HPD case #644810-19

** Video released on 5/28/2019 ** On Thursday, May 24, 2019 at 12:05 am, the same male entered the Citgo, located at 3839 South Loop East, in Houston, Texas. The suspect approached the employee while displaying a handgun and demanded the money from the cash register. A struggle eventually ensued between the suspect and the clerk resulting in the clerk being assaulted by the suspect and then shot and critically injured. The suspect then fled the store with money that was taken from the cash register. HPD case #647848-19.

Suspect description: Black male, tall, thin build, black shirt, red pants, brown tactical boot and brown hat.
