Suspect Targets Stores in Recent N. Houston Robberies

Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a series of robberies.

An unknown male has committed at least four robberies since August 19th in the North Houston area. The male commits the robberies all the similar fashion, in which he approaches an employee at the cash register and acts as though he is going to make a purchase. When the clerk opens the cash drawer, the male reaches over the counter and forcibly takes the money.

After the robberies, the male has been seen getting into a dark colored sedan. With paper plates.

The robberies have occurred at the following locations:

1. 8/19 at 2:41 pm at the Family Dollar located at 4917 N. Shepherd. 1072224-19 
2. 8/19 at 7:58 pm at the Dollar General located at 1804 W. 43rd 1073655-19
3. 8/27 at 8:30 am at the Walgreens located at 530 W. Little York 1110713-19
4. 9/02 at 6:31 pm at the Walgreens located at 9450 Hammerly 1142865-19

The suspect is described as a black male, 40 to 45 years old, 6’00, 180 to 185 pounds, bald and medium complexion
