Male Robs Store While Wearing Suit in West Houston

Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.

On Sunday, October 6, 2019 at 3:14 pm, an unknown male walked into the 99 Cent store, located at 11898 Bissonnet, in Houston, Texas. The male approached the manager while holding a knife in one hand and a gun in another and demanded that she take him to the back office or he would start shooting people inside the store. The male then placed the knife to the manager’s throat and followed her as she led him to the office. Once in the back, the suspect forced the manager and an employee to open the safe and place the money in a bag. The suspect then placed the gun in his waistband and casually walked out of the store. Suspect description: Black male, 50 to 65 years old, 5’8 to 6’0, 150 to 300 pounds, dark complexion, black suit, white trilby style hat and black and white dress shoes.
