Victim Robbed by Possible Jugging Suspect in W.Houston

Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a robbery by force.

On Thursday, January 2, 2020 at around 11:35 am, the complainant was arriving home at her apartment complex at 3300 Sage, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that as she was walking to her apartment, an unknown male approached her from behind and forcibly grabbed her purse, causing her to fall to the ground. Once the suspect had her purse, he ran to an awaiting black Toyota Corolla that was parked in the parking garage.

The complainant stated that she had just come from the Wells Fargo at 5219 Richmond and believes that the suspects may have followed her home. The suspect had what appears to be a fake temporary plate on the vehicle. Houston PD #6009-20

Suspect described by the victim as a black male, 27 to 30 years old, 5’8 to 5’10, 175 to 190 pounds, black hair and medium complexion.
