Elderly Couple Targeted by Jugging Suspects

The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for an aggravated robbery (elderly). 

On Thursday April 21, 2022 at around 11:00 am, the complainants, a 90-year-old female and 87-year-old-male, were walking into a restaurant at the 7800 block of West Tidwell, in Houston, Texas. The complainants stated that as they approached the door, an unknown male opened it for them in order to help them in. The male then reached over to the female, grabbed her purse, ran to the passenger seat of a black four-door sedan, and fled the scene. Houston PD #525704-22 

Note:  Just prior to the incident, the elderly couple had gone to a bank, located at 2223 Gessner, and with withdrew money. It is possible that the suspects then followed the complainants to the restaurant. 

Suspect description: Black male, 20 to 21 years old, 5’7 to 5’8, 145 to 150 pounds and dark clothing.
