Females Sought in High Dollar Sunglass Robbery

The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance identifying the suspects responsible for a theft from person robbery.

On Sunday, June  26, 2022, two unknown females walked into a sunglass store, located at the 2500 block of Amherst, in Houston, Texas. Upon entering, both females separated to different areas in the store. One of the females asked the employee some questions while the second female walked over to the Versace sunglasses. The employee then walked over to the female while she was holding several Versace sunglasses (around $2,000 worth) and attempted to assist her. The female then grabbed a few more sunglasses and rushed out of the store as the second suspect joined her. Both suspects got into a black or brown Toyota Highlander and fled the scene. Suspect description: Black female, heavy set, 35 to 40 years old, black clothing.

Suspect #3: Black female, heavy set, 25 to 30 years old, white with red lettering shirt and red shorts.
