Robbery Victim Pepper Sprayed in the Face for Scooter

The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a robbery bodily injury. 

On Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at around 11:20 pm, an unknown male walked up to the front of a convenience store, located at the 1800 block of Hamilton, in Houston, Texas. The male approached the complainant and asked him if he could have his necklace. When the complainant said no, the suspect pepper sprayed the complainant in the face, got on his (rented) scooter, and rode away. Houston PD #1527992-23

Suspect: Black male, light skin, short dreading hair, and wearing a top shirt.
