The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance in locating Kevan Hall, 31, who is currently wanted for theft from person (robbery) in recently highlighted case involving an 80-year-old victim.
On Friday, July 12, 2024 at around 5:00 pm, an 80-year-old female complainant walked into a convenience store at the 2100 block of Fannin, in Houston, Texas. The complainant was holding an envelope containing a large sum of cash so she could buy crypto currency using a crypto kiosk. While in the store, two unknown males approached the complainant with her back towards them. One of the males grabbed the envelope that the complainant was holding and then fled the location with the second suspect in a black colored vehicle. Houston PD #1000514-24

Houston Police Robbery detectives conducted a follow up investigation after receiving multiple Crime-Stoppers tips and established Kevan Hall as one of the two suspects in the robbery. A robbery warrant was filed on September 15, 2024 and as of September 19, Kevan Hall has not been located and still has an active warrant for his arrest.
Kevan Hall is also currently out on bond for unlawful carrying of a firearm and deadly conduct from a July 5, 2024 arrest.
