Robbery Suspect Wanted in Aggravated Robbery At Apartment Complex

The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance in locating Cristian Aguirre, 27, who is currently wanted for aggravated robbery (deadly weapon).

On Thursday, November 28, 2024, the complainants stated that they were at their apartment, located at the 6200 block of W. Bellfort, in Houston, Harris County, Texas. The complainants stated that a known acquaintance knocked on their door and when one of them answered, he walked into their apartment without being invited in while demanding money.  The complainants stated that the male then pulled out a handgun and when they tried to stop him, he fired several rounds inside their apartment. The suspect located the complainant’s cash and fled the location. Houston Police patrol officers were then dispatched to the scene and completed an offense report. Houston PD #1659015-24

A follow up investigation was conducted by Houston Police and Cristian Aguirre, 17, was developed as the suspect in the robbery. Cristian Aguirre was then identified by the victims and an aggravated robbery warrant was filed on January 8, 2025. As of January 15, the suspect has not been located and still has an active warrant for his arrest.
