Suspect Sought After Assaulting Store Clerk in Convenience Store Robbery

The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a robbery with bodily injury.

On Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at around 3:45 pm, an unknown male walked into a convenience store, located at the 1400 block of Gregg, in Houston, Texas. The male failed pay for an item and when approached by the store clerk, the suspect assaulted him by punching him numerous times. The suspect then fled the location in a white four-door Toyota sedan. Suspect described as a black male, 6'0, 160 to 170 pounds, small afro hair style, green sweater, gray jogging pants, and black sandals.
