Elderly Complainant Likely Followed From Bank in Jugging Robbery

The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance identifying the suspect(s) responsible for an aggravated robbery (elderly).

On April 1, 2025 at around 12:55 pm, the complainant (elderly) drove into her apartment complex parking lot, located at the 6600 block of Sam Houston Parkway, in Houston, Texas.  The complainant stated that she had just pulled into a parking space when a red SUV pulled up behind her vehicle. An unknown male exited the vehicle, opened the passenger side door of the complainant’s vehicle, and forcibly took her purse from her hands. The suspect then got back into the red SUV and fled the scene. Houston PD #416671-25

Note: Prior to the robbery, the complainant had withdrawn money from a Wells Fargo Bank located at 9702 Bellaire Boulevard. It is likely that the suspect(s) followed the complainant from the bank.

Suspect descriptions: White or Hispanic male, around 170 pounds, wearing all black.

Suspect vehicle: Red Ford SUV with a fake license plate.
