The
Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance in
locating Octavias Thompson, 39, who is currently wanted for aggravated robbery
(deadly weapon).
On Monday, December 2, 2024, at around 4:40 AM, the complainant,
who is also an armed security guard, was sitting in his truck in front of a
meat market at the 6100 block of Griggs, in Houston, Texas. The complainant
stated that he was approached by five unknown males, who pointed handguns at
him while demanding that he exit his vehicle. The suspects then took the
complainants firearm, got into his truck, and fled the location. Houston PD

An extensive follow up investigation was conducted by a Houston
Police Robbery Detective where Octavias Thompson, 39, was then identified as
one of the suspects in the aggravated robbery/carjacking. On March 19, 2025,
charges of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon were filed on Octavias
Thompson, 39, through the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. As of May
15, Thompson has not been located and still has active warrants for his
arrest.
