Shoplifting Suspect Turns Theft into Aggravated Robbery at Shoe Store

 

The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a shoplifting turned aggravated robbery.

On Thursday, August 14, 2025, at around 3:30 pm, an unknown male entered a shoe store, located at the 11000 block of East Freeway, in Houston, Texas. The male walked through the store and concealed items in a bag that he was carrying. The male then walked towards the exit without paying for the items and was confronted by an employee. The suspect then pulled out a knife, threatened the employee, and then fled in an unknown direction. Houston PD #1061786-25

Suspect description: Hispanic male, 35 to 40 years old, shaved head, white shirt and black shorts.
