Suspects Arrested for Aggravated Robbery after Investigation by Detectives


ARRESTED: Charges have been filed against two suspects arrested for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon from an aggravated robbery that occurred on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 3:30 pm at a convenience store car wash, located at the 2900 block of North Freeway, in Houston, Texas.

The suspects, Dillon Hernandez, 29, and Aspen Rodriguez, 33, are charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon in the 338th State District Court. Dillon Hernandez, 29, and Aspen Rodriguez’s booking photo is attached to this release.

According to the complainants, they were approached by two males while at a convenience store car wash. The males demanded the complainants’ property and then assaulted them while removing their personal property from their pockets. One of the suspects then pulled out a knife and stabbed one of the complainants in the shoulder. Once the suspects had their property, the fled the location on foot.

A Houston Police Robbery Detective conducted a lengthy follow up investigation and established Dillon Hernandez, 29, and Aspen Rodriguez, 33, as the possible suspects. Hernandez and was identified by the victims and charges of aggravated robbery were filed on November 7, 2025. During further investigation, Aspen Rodriguez, 33 was then then identified and charges of aggravated robbery were filed on November 12, 2025. Both suspects have been located, arrested, and booked into the Harris County Jail.
