The Houston Police Department’s
Robbery Division needs the public's assistance identifying the suspects
responsible for a robbery with bodily injury.
On Monday, September 8, 2025, at around 2:10 pm, the complainant, a 63-year-old male, was looking for a handicap space at a discount store parking lot at the 13600 block of East Freeway, in Houston, Texas. The complainant observed an open parking space and began to back into it. As this was happening, a female exited the passenger side of another vehicle (also looking for a parking space) and stood in the middle of the parking space to hold it for the vehicle that she was riding in. The complainant stated that the female continued to block the parking spot. As the complainant was exiting his vehicle, he was confronted by the female and male (driver of the second vehicle) as he was exiting his vehicle. The male immediately assaulted the complainant by punching him numerous times in the face and neck area. The complainant attempted to back away and was then punched in the chest area by the female suspect. During the assault, the complainant’s glasses fell to the ground and were intentionally stepped on by the male suspect. The male suspect then forcibly grabbed the complainants Ray-Ban sunglasses and both suspects then fled the location in an older model black Cadillac sedan. Houston PD #1178406-25
Suspect descriptions: Hispanic male heavy build, black shirt, and black shorts.
