Houston PD #225058-26 The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a Robbery. On Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at around 7:00 pm, the complainant was returning to their residence, located at the 9700 block of Fannin Rail Way, in Houston, Texas. A male suspect followed the complainant into the apartment building, where the male assaulted the complainant while attempted to steal personal property. The male suspect fled the location following the incident. Suspect description: #1: Male, dark-colored sweatshirt, green pants, dark-colored shoes, and short hair.
