On Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at around 11:00 A.M., the complainant working at the retail business, located at the 9700 block of Katy Fwy OB, in Houston, Texas. a male entered the store with a backpack and was monitored via live camera. The suspect was observed swapping shoes and selecting clothing items, then attempting to remove security tags. The suspect exited past all points of sale without paying. When the complainant confronted the suspect, he grabbed the complainant’s forearms, causing pain. The complainant then observed a pocketknife in the suspect’s possession and disengaged for safety. The suspect left the area walking on foot.

#1 W/M with long black hair, black beard and tattoos on face, wearing white camo hooded jacket and black pants.
