Houston PD# 639693-26

The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance in identifying the suspect responsible for this Aggravated Robbery.

On Tuesday, May 19th, 2026, at around 12:00 am, an unknown male entered the service station, located in the 5300 block of Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas. The male entered the store, walked down an aisle momentarily, then walked towards the counter. The male asked for a package of cigarettes but suddenly took a gun from the pockets of the pants he was wearing after the clerk asked for identification to verify if the male was of legal age to purchase tobacco products. The suspect and complainant briefly wrestled over the gun, but the suspect managed to break free from the complainant, take tobacco products from the store, and run out to his vehicle that was parked in the parking lot of the service station. The suspect fled in a silver or gray four door newer model small Cadillac SUV.

Suspect description: White or Hispanic male, 5’05 to 5’7, with curly shoulder length hair. His weight is between 140 to 155 pounds, dark colored jeans, a light colored shirt, and black sneakers.
