Mark Phillips (B/M
DOB: 7/28/1991) has been arrested and charged with robbery with bodily injury through the Harris County District Attorney's office after the Houston Police Department went to the public for assistance in
identifying the male responsible for a rash of robberies at various locations
throughout the city of Houston. The suspect’s modus operandi was often the
same, in which he would approach females and forcibly pull the necklaces that
they were wearing and then get into a new model Nissan Altima and flee the
scene. The suspect is believed to be responsible for the following robberies:
