Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police
Department’s Robbery Division need the public's assistance identifying the
suspect responsible for an aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.
On Monday, April 9, 2018 at 7:15 pm,
an unknown black male entered the Home Depot, located at 11500 Chimney Rock, in
Houston, Texas. The male picked up an item from within the store and placed it
on the counter and acted as though he was going to make a purchase. The male
then placed a note on the counter stating that he had a gun and wanted all the
money in the register. The suspect then told the employee “I know you are
smart, it’s not worth it.” The male also had his hand concealed under his shirt
as if he was holding a weapon. The employee complied with the suspects demands
and provided him with the money from the register. The suspect then fled the
store on foot. Case #446119-18
Suspect description: Black male, 30 to
35 years old, 160 pounds, slim build, gray hoodie, sunglasses and dark brown
complexion.
Crime Stoppers may pay up to $5,000
for information leading to the charging and/or arrest of the suspect in this
