Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police
Department’s Robbery Division need the public's assistance identifying the
suspect responsible for a robbery by force.
On Thursday, April 26, 2018 at 2:00
pm, an unknown black male entered the Boost Mobile, located at 5738 West Gulf
Bank, in Houston, Texas. The male approached an employee wanting to sell some
cell phone items to the store. The employee stated that they were not
interested in purchasing the items, at which time the male began to pace around
the store, even at one point, pointing the middle finger at the camera while
making threats about robbing the store. The male then walked the Bluetooth
devices and removed three of them from the display rack. The suspect then began
walking to the front door as the employee attempted to stop him from leaving,
but was unsuccessful. The suspect then fled the store on foot while the other
employee grabbed his bike and brought it into the store. Case #523726-18
Suspect descriptions:
Suspect #1: Black male, 18 to 22 years
old, 5’11 to 6’01, 140 to 150 pounds, gray shirt and black pants.
