Home Invasion Suspect Captured on Surveillance Video


Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for an aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.

On Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at 9:55 pm, the complainant was walking to the front door of her residence, located at the 7000 block of Leaders Crossing, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that an unknown black male suddenly approached her from behind and pointed a gun to her head. The suspect then forced the complainant into her house and zip tied her and then struck her in the forehead while pressing the barrel of his gun to her head. The suspect strangled the complainant and demanded money and threatened to shoot her if she didn’t comply with his demands. The suspect then took money from within the house and fled the scene. The suspect is described as a black male, unknown age, approximately 5'9" to 6'0", 180 to 200 pounds, black complexion, wearing a black ski-mask, black t-shirt, black pants, gloves, and armed with a small silver pistol.
