Identity of Males in Cricket Cell Phone Store Robbery Sought


Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspects responsible for an aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.

On Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 7:06 pm. Two unknown black males entered the Cricket, located at 8500 Almeda Genoa Road, in Houston, Texas. The males approached the counter armed with handguns and wearing hoodies. The suspects walked around the counter and demanded the employees to open the cash register. The employees, in fear for their life, complied with the suspect's demands and opened the cash register and one of the suspect's took the money. The other suspect went to the back of the business and gained access into the safe and took several cellular phones. The suspects then took the employees to the rear of the business and told them to remain there until they. HPD case #144413-19

Suspect descriptions:
Suspect #1: Black male, 16 to 21 years old, 5’6, 130 pounds, dark complexion, dark hoodie, blue jeans, white shoes and tan back pack.
Suspect #2: Black male, 16 to 21 years old, 5’6, 130 pounds, brown eyes, red hoodie, black pants and red shoes..
