Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police
Department’s Robbery Division need the public's assistance identifying the
suspect responsible for an aggravated robbery (elderly). On Monday, June 1, 2020 at 3:20 pm, a 79 year old female complainant had just finished grocery shopping at the Walmart, located at 2391 S. Wayside, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that while she was loading her groceries into her vehicle, a truck pulled up behind her and an unknown male exited the vehicle while asking her for directions. The male suddenly grabbed the complainants purse and dragged her a short distance on the ground until he was able to gain control of the purse. The suspect then got back into the passenger seat of the Ram 1500 truck and fled the scene with an unknown female driver. Houston PD #729233-20
Suspect description: Suspect #1: Hispanic male, 25 to 28 years old, 5’1, 170 pounds, light blue shirt and black pants. Suspect #2 (driver): Hispanic female.
Crime Stoppers may pay up to $5,000 for
