Identity of West Houston Bank Robbery Suspect Sought

Houston Crime Stoppers, the FBI Violent Crime Task Force and the Houston Police Robbery Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a robbery by threat.

On Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at around 2:28 pm, an unknown male entered the First Convenience Bank located within a Kroger at 9919 Westheimer Road, in Houston, Texas. The male approached an open teller station and presented a demand note to the teller that demanded cash and threatened the teller. In fear for her life, the teller gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect collected the cash and ran out of the Kroger and was observed via surveillance cameras running across the street from the Kroger. Houston #995876-20 

The suspect is described as a light-skinned Black male or a Hispanic male, approximately 5’9”-5’10” tall, thin build, wearing a light blue hoodie with the hood up that said “WESTSIDE” on the front, a white mask, light blue gloves, a black do-rag, black sunglasses, black pants, and black sneakers. The suspect was described as being between 20-30 years of age.
