Victim Attacked by Suspect in Parking Lot

Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division still need the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a robbery with bodily injury. 

On Sunday, July 26, 2020 at around 6:00 am, the complainant had arrived at a commercial parking lot, located at 6101 S. Gessner, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that an unknown male approached him and unapprovingly started to attack him by striking him with a heavy backpack. The complainant stated that the suspect demanded his wallet as he attempted to get away from him. The complainant then lost his balance and fell to the ground, at which time the suspect started to kick him numerous time. The suspect then reached into the complainant’s pockets, took his wallet, and then fled towards some nearby apartments. Houston PD #980969-20

 Suspect description: Black male, 20 to 25 years old, 5’6 to 5’9.
