Victim Dragged in Purse Snatching, Possible Jugging

The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a robbery by force (purse snatching). 

On Friday, February 26, 2021 at 10:16 am, the complainant was walking into a building at the 6900 block of North Loop East, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that she was approached by an unknown male, who forcibly grabbed her purse, and then dragged her on the ground for several feet until she was able to let go. The suspect then got into a white Toyota Camry and fled the scene. The complainant had just come from a bank and believes that she might have been followed by the suspect(s). Houston PD #263270-21 

Suspect description: Black male wearing black hoodie, black pants, and black mask.

Suspect #2: Black male, white hoodie, gray pants, and black shoes.

Vehicle description: White four-door sedan, possibly a Toyota Camry.
