Shot Customer Remains Unknown in Store Robbery

The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance identifying the suspects responsible for an aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. 

On Monday, August 2, 2021 at around 4:00 am, three unknown males entered a convenience store, located at the 12700 block of Whittington, in Houston, Texas. One of the males was armed with a handgun, as the suspects demanded the money from within the cash registers. The suspects then forced the employee to the ground and removed his property from his pockets. Before the suspects left the location, the suspect with the gun fired a round, striking a customer in the leg. The suspects then fled in an unknown direction. Houston PD #1037683-21 

The injured customer then told the employee that he could not be there and quickly left the location. Detectives with the Robbery Division have yet to identify the identity of the customer that was shot in the leg despite checking the area hospitals. 

Suspect descriptions:

Suspect #1: Black male, 18 to 20 years old, thin build and blue pullover. Suspect #2: Black male, 18 to 20 years old, black shirt and black clothing. Suspect #3: Black male, 18 to 20 years old, small build and black clothing
