Suspect Targets Maintenance Worker in Agg. Robbery

The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for an aggravated robbery.

On Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 10:00 am, a maintenance worker was working inside an empty apartment at the 12900 block of Brant Rock Drive, in Houston, Texas. The employee stated that an unknown male entered the apartment and pointed a gun to his head and demanded his property. The suspect then locked the front door to the apartment, forced the employee to kitchen while he went through the employee’s workbag and removed two drills, a speaker, and his cell phone. The suspect then unlocked the front door and ran back to his vehicle, an older model Honda Accord, which was parked on the street outside of the apartment complex. The temporary plate on the suspect vehicle was fake and did not turn up any leads. Houston PD #1175433-21
