Suspect Reveals Face as a Customer Before Robbery

The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance identifying the suspects responsible for a robbery by bodily force. 

On Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 6:34 am, the complainant was sitting in the driver’s seat of his vehicle at a convenience store parking lot, located at the 8400 block of Hammerly, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that an unknown male suddenly appeared and pulled him out of his vehicle and then threw him to the ground. The suspect then got into the driver’s seat and attempted to flee the location in the complainant’s vehicle, but was not able to start it without a key. The suspect then got out of the vehicle, hit the complainant in the face, and then fled the location on foot. Houston PD #1212144-21 

Just prior to the incident, the suspects entered the store and made a purchase. The suspects then backed up next to the complainant’s vehicle just prior to the robbery. 

Suspect description: Black male, black shirt, red shirt and black shoes with white soles.

Suspect #2: Hispanic male with a beard and tattoos on arms.

Suspect vehicle: Older model Chevrolet Silverado truck.
