Suspect Poses as Customer Prior to Armed Robbery

The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance identifying the suspects responsible for an aggravated robbery. 

On Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at around 4:50 am, two males entered a convenience store, located at the 2400 block of West Little York, in Houston, Texas. One of the males remained at the door as the second male walked around the enclosed counter, opened the door, and threatened to hit the clerk in the head while holding a large metal stick. The suspect forced the clerk away from the counter and then removed the money from the cash drawer. Once the suspect had the money, he walked out of the enclosed counter, punched the clerk in the face, and then fled the location with the other suspect. Houston PD #652134-22 

Note: The clerk stated that prior to the robbery, the suspect came into the store while wearing the same pants and shoes while playing games within the store. 

Suspect description: Black male, around 5'6, 35 to 40 years old, heavy set, wearing a green jacket, black mask, jeans, and brown boots.

Suspect #2: Black male, multicolored shirt and jacket and white and red shorts.
