On Saturday, May 20, 2023 at around 10:45 am, the complainant was at a bank ATM at the 1300 block of Blalock, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that he withdrew money from his account and was about to walk back to his vehicle when an unknown male ran up to him and forcibly grabbed his wallet from his hand. A second male, who was watching the complainant, joined the first suspect as they ran back to a newer model four-door sedan and fled the scene. Houston PD #713760-23
