Male Steals Ring While Threatening Pawn Shop Employee

 The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a robbery by threat. 

On Friday, October 6, 2023 at around 10:00 am, an unknown male entered a pawn shop, located at the 5500 block of Bellaire, in Houston, Texas. The male inquired about a ring, valued at $1700, in the display case. The employee then removed the ring from the display case and while showing it to the male, he grabbed it from the employee’s hand and stated that he had a gun. The male then ran out of the store. Suspect description: Black male, 40 to 50 years old, plaid shirt, blue jeans and white cap.
