The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance identifying the suspects responsible for a robbery bodily injury.
On Monday, October 9, 2023 at around 4:15 pm, the complainant had parked his vehicle at a commercial parking lot, at the 11500 block of Northwest Freeway, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that while inside the business, he looked out of the window and noticed a small black four-door sedan parked next to his vehicle and then realized that his door was open, and someone was inside his truck. The complainant stated that he ran outside and confronted the male. A physical confrontation ensued, and the suspect assaulted the complainant by hitting him with a closed fist. While the complainant was defending himself, the suspect told a second suspect, who was sitting in the driver’s seat of the black four-door sedan, to shoot the complainant. The complainant then backed away as the suspect got back into the passenger seat of the black sedan and fled the scene. Houston PD #1450051-23
Suspect description: Hispanic Male, light complex, slim build, mid-20's years old, wearing a black shirt and a black pants.
