Suspect Wanted in At Least Four Houston Robberies

The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for series of robberies at two convenience stores within the same block in the City of  Houston.

On Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at around 4:50 am, the suspect entered a convenience store, located at the 2400 block of West Little York, in Houston, Texas. The suspect walked around the enclosed counter, opened the door, and threatened to hit the clerk in the head while holding a large metal stick. The suspect forced the clerk away from the counter and then removed the money from the cash drawer. Once the suspect had the money, he walked out of the enclosed counter, punched the clerk in the face, and then fled the location with the other suspect. Note: The clerk stated that prior to the robbery, the suspect came into the store while wearing the same pants and shoes while playing games within the store.

 Saturday, May 28, 2022 at around 6:30 am, the suspect walked into a convenience store at the 2400 block of W. Little York, in Houston, Texas. Suspect told the clerk, who was near the coolers, not to move for he would beat him, and then entered the secure area around the registers. The suspect forcibly removed the cash drawer and then fled the location on a bicycle. Houston PD #705650-22 

Friday, July 28, 2023 at around 5:10 am, male walked into a convenience store at the 2400 block of W. Little York, in Houston, Texas. Suspect entered with a store and began hitting a gaming machine with a wrench in an attempt to break it open. The suspect then began to hit the glass to the secure area around the registers in an attempt to gain access to the clerk and registers. The clerk then complied and gave the suspect the money from the cash drawer. Houston PD #1070092-23 

On Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at around 4:00 am, an unknown male entered a convenience store, located at the 2400 block of W. Little York, Houston, Texas. The male entered the store, armed with a small sledgehammer, while demanding that the clerk unlock the door to the secure area surrounding the cash registers. The suspect began to hit the glass with the hammer until a small portion of the glass broke, pepper sprayed the clerk, and then unlocked the door. Suspect description: Black male, around 5'6, 30 to 40 years old, and medium build. It is possible that the suspect lives in the area and likely to be responsible for additional robberies.
