Suspect Uses Credit Cards Taken in Aggravated Robbery

On Sunday, April 21, 2024 at around 3:00 pm, an unknown male entered a department store, located at the 4000 block of Westheimer, in Houston, Texas. The male used a credit card that had just been taken in an aggravated robbery (elderly). The suspect made three purchases in the store totaling almost $6,000.

In the robbery case, an elderly female complainant stated that she was walking at a crosswalk at the 4000 block of Westheimer on Sunday, April 21, 2024 at around 2:00 pm. The complainant added that while she was walking across the street, an unknown male followed very close behind her.   

A short time later, the complainant stated that she was notified by her bank that several large purchases had been made at a nearby store, which is when she realized that the male had taken her wallet from her purse. Houston PD #572532-24 

The male suspect was described as a light skinned male, 35 to 40 years old, 5’11, short brown hair, black cap, black shirt and black pants.
