Suspect Identity Still Sought in July Convenience Store Armed Robbery

 

The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division are still in need of the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for an aggravated robbery.

On Monday, July 1, 2024 at around 3:00 am, an unknown male walked into a convenience store, located at the 3000 block of Elgin, in Houston, Texas. The male walked up to an employee, pulled out a handgun, and demanded the money from the cash register. The clerk attempted the disarm the suspect, but was unable to gain control of his gun. The suspect then gave up and fled the location on foot.  Houston PD #940940-24

Suspect description: Black male, 18 to 25 years old, 5'9 to 5’11, 160 to 180 pounds, wearing a white shirt, black pants, and white shoes.
