The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the
public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for an aggravated
robbery.
On Saturday, August 3, 2024 at around 7:30 pm, the complainant was delivering food to an apartment complex, located at the 10300 block of Sandpiper, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that she exited her vehicle to enter the security code into the gate keypad. As the complainant was away entering the code, a white four door sedan pulled into the parking lot and an unknown male exited the vehicle and got into the complainant’s driver’s seat. As the complainant attempted to intervene, the suspect pointed a handgun at her while telling her to step away. The suspect was unable to drive off in the complainant’s’ vehicle, so he grabbed some of her property from inside the vehicle and fled the location in white four-door sedan. Houston PD #1108161-24
Suspect description: Hispanic male, 20 to 25 years old, thin build, and wearing black pants.
