The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division are still
in need of the public's assistance identifying the suspects responsible for a
shoplifting turned robbery.
On Saturday, August 24, 2024 at around 2:30 pm, two unknown males entered a convenience store, located at the 6100 block of Hillcroft, in Houston, Texas. The males walked into the store, grabbed various merchandise, and then walked out of the store without paying for it. The store clerk ran outside and approached the suspects, telling him that he needed to pay for the items or return them. The suspects then assaulted the store clerk by punching him in the face numerous times and then fled the location on foot with the stolen merchandise. Houston PD #1206051-24
Suspect description: Black male, 25 to 30 years old, thin build, white shirt and black shorts.
Suspect #2: Black male, thin build, white shirt and blue
jeans shorts.
