On Wednesday, January 1, 2025 at 9:30 pm, the complainant pulled into a convenience store parking lot, located at the 900 block of Westheimer, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that she walked into the store briefly to ask for directions while her vehicle was still running and her support dog inside the vehicle. The complainant stated that as she walked back outside, she observed an unknown male in her vehicle. The complainant stated that she opened the driver’s side door while telling the suspect to get out of the vehicle. The suspect then placed the vehicle in reverse as she held onto the door, causing severe bruising and lacerations to her face and head. The suspect then sped out of the parking lot with her support dog still inside the vehicle.
As of January 6, 2025, the complainants 2013 red two-door Honda Accord with Florida license plate (ending with Z85) and her dog have still not been located. Houston PD #1345-25
Suspect: Black male, long beard, dark colored short sleeve shirt and black pants.
Missing service animal: Dog named “Isabella,” ½ Maltese, ½
Papillon, 9 years old, and has a microchip.
