WANTED: Tevar Ray Joseph, 22, Wanted for Robbery by Threat

The Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division needs the public's assistance in locating Tevar Ray Joseph, 22, who is currently wanted for robbery by threat.

On Sunday, October 26, 2025, at around 7:20 pm, the complainants had arranged to meet with an unknown male after placing an ad selling a pair of shoes on an online selling app. The complainants stated that they agreed to meet the potential buyer at an apartment complex at 8900 Broadway, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that upon arrival, they met with the potential buyer, who then led them to a nearby apartment.
